This section provides a communication environment for citizens. The reason why we use delayed communication to provide it in the form of a forum instead of instant messaging is because we respect your time arrangement, and you can communicate at your own convenient time. Instead of "forced communication" no matter what you're doing. So please also respect each other's time arrangements, write your own questions or what you want to communicate in the forum, and everyone will reply when they are interested. If you are not interested, don't force others. Mutual respect is the first step in communication!

本分區為各位國民提供一個交流的環境，只所以採用延時交流方式以論壇的形式提供，而不是即時通訊方式提供是因為我們尊重各位的時間安排，各位可以以自己方便的時間進行交流，而不是不管你在幹什麼都“強制性的溝通”。所以也請各位相互之間尊重各自的時間安排，將自己的問題或想要交流的內容寫在論壇裡，大家感興趣時就會回复，如果大家不感興趣也不要強制別人。互相尊重是溝通的第一步！
